Send a request e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying which market you want to participate in, adding a brief description and photograph of the counter (if available), your personal data and a telephone number.
On 29 September 2018, the regional legislation came into force which provides for the card for the occasional sale on a public area, with the possibility of carrying out nr. 18 markets within the Piedmont Region.
So all those who want to participate as NON-PROFESSIONAL OPERATOR (without VAT number or without license on public area) in the Balon and / or Gran Balon market must have this card that is issued by their municipalities of residence (for residents in Piedmont ), while for those coming from another region they will have to apply to the municipality where they will carry out the market, in our case Turin, by reservation only, at the Production Activities counter in Via Meucci 4, Tel. 011.011.30850 and 011.011.30854 (on Monday and Friday from 10.00 to 12.00).
To participate instead as a PROFESSIONAL OPERATOR (with VAT number and / or Commercial License in a public area or as a craftsman registered with the Chamber of Commerce in the Artisan Enterprises section) just send an e-mail with the following documents attached:
- its Chamber of Commerce registration;
- its own itinerant license for trade in the public area;
- the identity document of the legal representative;
- the tax code of the legal representative.

The costs of the exhibition spaces vary from € 18.30 to € 24.40 for hobbyist operators and from € 12.20 to € 18.30 for professionals both for spaces of 5x2 meters, depending on the positioning. To this amount will be added the annual fee of € 30.00 for insurance coverage and management of personal data. A minimum display equipment is required (table or dashboard, easels, coat hangers, etc.).
Please note: Any cancellations will be accepted no later than the Wednesday preceding the date of the market booked and confirmed by us, the payment must be made by the previous Friday, if the cancellation should take place after the Wednesday the cost must in any case be paid for entire.
GRAND BALON - EVERY SECOND SUNDAY OF THE MONTH
The costs of the exhibition spaces for NON-professional Operators (i.e. all those in possession of a regional card) vary from 30 - 40 - 55 - 70 € for spaces of 5x2 or 4x2 meters depending on the positioning. A minimum display equipment is required (table or dashboard, easels, coat hangers, etc.).
The costs of the exhibition spaces for Professional Operators (all those in possession of a VAT number and / or Commercial License in a public area or as a craftsman registered with the Chamber of Commerce in the Artisan Enterprises section) vary from 30 - 45 - 60 € for spaces of 5 meters x 2 or 4x2 depending on the placement.
A minimum display equipment is required (table or dashboard, easels, coat hangers, etc.).
Starting from September 2019, we have allocated exhibition spaces on the ascent and balcony preceding the entrance to the Cortile del Maglio to the operators of their own ingenuity or craftsmen, floriculturists, etc. with spaces of 3 x 3 meters at a cost of 25 euros.
