After last year’s resounding success, the end-of-summer event that enlivens the heart of Turin is back by popular demand! 
The Festa del Balon 2025 is ready to reclaim the streets of Borgo Dora, transforming the city’s most distinctive neighborhood into an outdoor stage!
As always, the unique atmosphere of the famous market will be there, where the tradition of antiques and vintage goods blends with the rhythm of music.
Plus, this year, you’ll find a special record and music market inside the Cortile del Maglio.

Explore the themed stages that will liven up every corner of Borgo Dora! And for a truly collaborative celebration, the area’s major institutions are opening their doors with a rich program of special events: Sermig and Cottolengo await you to experience the (re)discovery of this magical and multifaceted place together.
STAGE 1 – PIAZZA BORGO DORA – PARKING IN FRONT OF THE CORTILE DEL MAGLIO
Stage 1 will be dedicated to live music! Starting at 3 pm, various bands will perform until 9 pm.
From blues to rock and rave, nationally renowned artists will take the stage.
On this stage, we will celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Gran Balon with blues and soul, in an unmissable event where we’ve brought together the best female voices in the neighborhood.

And to top it all off, the square will also feature an exhibition of tattoo boards and vintage photographs, “Ink on the Road,” in collaboration with the TORINO TATTOO CONVENTION.
Last but not least, the return of BLACK FARM FOOD: a stand dedicated to REAL American barbecue.

CORTILE DEL MAGLIO – DJ BALON
Remaining in the neighborhood, from the square you can access the Cortile del Maglio, which will host DJ BALON!, a fair for all vinyl enthusiasts.
Alongside the stalls specializing in records and related items, numerous famous DJs will be performing from 10:30 AM until 9:00 PM.

There will also be two exhibitions, one on the history of Italian punk (COLLEZIONE DI ATTIMI) and one featuring all the vinyl record covers created by Andy Warhol.
STAGE 2 – CENTRAL AREA OF VIA BORGO DORA
Continuing along Via Borgo Dora, you’ll reach the central open space that will host STAGE 2.
The musical day will open at 12:00 PM with the Cetra Association, which, along with its children, will present songs composed and produced during a school music program.
The stage will then be dedicated to live acoustic music, concluding with the Guitar Battle organized by The Gas Tube and Mao! A musical talk show that will retrace the history of music through a hypothetical battle between the greatest guitarists in history.

On the corner of Via Borgo Dora and Via Goffredo Mameli, another new addition this year!
The Urban Tribe Area will be dedicated to urban sounds, alternative music, hip hop, trip
hop, and dub. In addition to various DJ sets, performances, musical experimentation, and discussions, there will be two areas dedicated to writing and breaking, and one dedicated to a photography exhibition on Turin’s music from the 1980s and 1990s.
